Stacey thoughtfully strolls towards the place we buried Gracie two days ago (upper right dirt pile). At her heals is Jackson, an eight week old black lab, collie mix who is heeling our need to love four-legged friends. We thought it may be too soon for a new puppy, but Jackson is proving that loving another puppy is not abandoning a memory, but embracing new life. If you’re a dog lover like we are, you may understand.
